① accustom oneself to〜（〜に慣れる）
再帰代名詞（oneself）を使って「自分を〜に慣れさせる」＝「〜に慣れる」を表します。
You need to accustom yourself to the cold weather.
寒い気候に慣れる必要がある。
It takes time to accustom yourself to a new environment.
新しい環境に慣れるには時間がかかる。
② be accustomed to〜（〜に慣れている）
受動態の形で「すでに慣れている状態」を表します。to の後は名詞か動名詞。
