Some people choose to work for companies that create environmentally friendly products and services. Do you think such people will increase in the future?
I agree with this opinion. I have two reaosns for this.
Reason 1First, people who work in these companies can expect to earn a steady income. Demand for environmentally friendly products is growing, and some companies are performing well.

Question: Some companies have started using online interviews for people who apply for jobs instead of face-to-face interviews. Do you think this is a good idea?
Student Answer

Summarizing means "to shorten and simplify!"
To effectively summarize long texts, follow these three key steps below!
The passage is usually divided into several paragraphs. Identify each paragraph's role: is it an Introduction, Opposition/Problem, or Conclusion/Suggestion?
When writing your summary, keep these roles in mind and summarize the key points from each section into a single paragraph.
Most paragraphs begin with a sentence that states the main idea, called the Topic Sentence!
Also, be on the lookout for important sentences following linking words like However or Therefore—these often contain the main point too!
If you can replace long expressions with simpler words or phrases, that's very good!
For example:
"People, regardless of their education or income," → can be replaced with → “All people”

Question: When people look for a job, some choose a workplace that is close to where they live, while others move to a new town or city in Japan. There are other choices, too. Some of them decide to go to other countries to work.
What are the reasons for this? They can have experiences that they cannot have in their own countries while working abroad. Also, they can learn a local language by using it not only at work but also at other times. This can help their future career as well.
On the other hand, people have to face issues with differences in customs at work. It can take a long time to get used to the new work environment if things are very different from their own countries. Also, people cannot easily visit their family and friends back home. This can cause them to feel lonely.
Student's answer:
Some of them decide to go to other countries to business. It has benefits, such as they can have experiences that cannot having in their own countries and can learning a language. However, it has problems. For example, people facing issues about different cultures and they cannot easily visiting their home. So, they feels lonely.

When you're unsure about the score, it's better to give a lower score along with specific feedback for improvement. Doing this helps students increase their chances of achieving a higher score next time.
It's rare to give a score of 0. To be safe, it's usually best to give at least 1 point.
Since Eiken scoring system is not revealed, it is impossible to give a perfect feedback. The point is to try your best to improve students' English proficiency.
Students are expected to make repeated mistakes. What’s important is to keep giving feedback patiently, over and over again.
If you're physically short on time, please use Eigo-Duke's correction tool. The AI will provide feedback with roughly ±20% accuracy.
If teachers give personal feedback once every five essays or so, students’ writing skills can improve significantly.
